Monthly rental exists for exactly that. A full thirty days with a premium vehicle, at a rate well below daily hire, without signing away the next six months of your life.
The Middle Ground Between Daily Hire and a Long Contract
Daily rental is priced for short stays and becomes expensive quickly once you pass a couple of weeks. A fixed long-term contract solves the cost, but asks you to commit before you know how long you are staying.
A thirty-day term sits between the two: long enough to earn a significantly reduced rate, short enough that you are never locked into plans that have not settled yet.
How Monthly Rental Works with REV
Monthly terms are arranged on request rather than sold as a fixed package. In practice it usually looks like this:
- A thirty-day rental at an agreed monthly rate
- The option to extend for further thirty-day periods as your plans firm up
- Maintenance, washes and roadside assistance included throughout
- Delivery and collection in the Algarve, or to Lisbon by arrangement
Because it is quoted individually, the rate reflects the vehicle and the likely length of your stay rather than a one-size-fits-all price.
Changing Car Between Months
One advantage of renting month to month is that you are not committed to a single vehicle for the whole stay. Where the fleet allows, we can arrange a change of car between terms.
That flexibility suits the way people actually use cars here. A luxury SUV makes sense through the cooler months and for family visits; a convertible or sports car makes far more sense once the weather turns and the coastal roads open up. Some clients simply enjoy the variety.
Vehicle changes are subject to availability and arranged in advance, so it is worth mentioning the intention when you first enquire.
Algarve or Lisbon
We operate across both. In the Algarve, our home region, delivery is included from Albufeira across the coast, from Lagos to Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago and Faro Airport.
In Lisbon and along the surrounding coast, monthly rentals are arranged with delivery to the city, Cascais, Estoril or Lisbon Airport.
